title: Datasets by Collection draft: false type: collection-index
This view organizes Danish registries by collection. For the Danish fundamental data family, the canonical entry point is now the framework folder under Grunddatamodellen, where shared temporal and access contracts live above each register.
Start Here
- Use Grunddatamodellen when you need the shared model, common time semantics, or the relationship graph across registers.
- Use Leaves when your starting point is a question type rather than a registry name.
- Use Datafordeleren when you already know the service interface you need.

Working Pattern
- Start from a leaf when the task is semantic: address lookup, parcel boundaries, population, transport, elevation, and so on.
- Drop to the collection page when you need register-specific entity names, join strategy, temporal interpretation, or Datafordeleren extraction guidance.
- Use the shared Grunddatamodellen contract before interpreting individual register fields as if they were standalone schemas.
